African Revival Mission |

THE GOAL.
To bring revival to Millions (we gotta think big as we serve an Awesome God) with the same revival seed that was sown in Steve in Nelson in 1998. Through many creative ways as inspired by our Heavenly Father.
To see society at all levels throughout West Africa transformed by Jesus Christ from Street Children to Heads of State.
To establish active witnessing churches(an organized body of believers) in every town and village, but in particular where there is currently little Christian witness.
To establish cost effective training centres to disciple pastors, evangelists, etc in biblical excellence.
As an Evangelist to be effective according to Ephesians 4:11-13, in preparing God's people for works of service.
To provide practical helps such as the purchase of boreholes for the provision of clean water in the villages. The bores in particular are a blessing as it makes it easier for the young women to fetch the water and they are then free and they have more energy to attend school.
Ghana has 45 000 Street Children. West African Revival Mission hopes to give some of them a Christ centered future. Who knows, maybe one of them maybe the next Barrack Obama?
Here in Ghana we pray and worship a lot. I hope in the future to have many West African's praying for worldwide revival, and sending some of them to the nations with the "Great News". |

I am currently living in Guatemala as a missionary. I am in 2 Spanish language schools and a leadership school. I plan on moving from Guatemala City to the Peten (Northern jungle region of Guatemala) as soon as I graduate from language school. Once in the Peten I plan on doing community development work (Things like constructing schools, churches, water filters, teaching literacy, conducting medical clinics, etc.) in Mayan villages as well as helping Guatemalan pastors start new churches in unreached villages. My vision is to one day disciple a core group within a unreached ethne (Tribe or ethnic group) with the Gospel of Jesus until it becomes self sustaining and self replicating. My parents worked with International students at local universities while I was growing up and I learned to love and appreciate other cultures. I attended Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, graduating from both the two year school of Practical Ministry and the third year School of Global Missions. I have been on missions trips to Mexico, China (x2), The Phillipines and completed a missionary field internship in Guatemala under a joint venture between Christ For The Nations and Go To Nations (A Missions Agency) After my field internship in Guatemala I underwent GTN's missionary candidate selection process and soon after became a GTN Missionary. |

HEY MY NAME IS TRISTON REMAN AND THE REASON WHY I WANT CREATE THIS WEBSITE CALL THE WAY OF LIFE TODAY IS BECAUSE THERE ARE ALLOT OF PEOPLE TODAY WHO ARE DIEYING,SOME ARE CRYING, AND OTHER ARE STARVING MY MISSION IS TO BRING PEOPLE CLOSER TO GOD.
SOME PEOPLE THAT HAVE IT GOOD DON'T APPRECIATE ITS INSTEAD WE GO TALK ABOUT OTHER WE SHOULD GO AND HELP ONE AND EACH OTHER. THE BIBLE SAY IF YOU BE A SHAME GOD HE WILL BE A SHAME OF YOU ELWAY REMEMBER THAT.
ITS NOT ABOUT RELIGION IT A BOUT A RELATION SHIP WITH GOD.
KEEP THAT AS A TOUT.
God's love for mankind
Love is one of the attributes of God and an essential part of His nature:
God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. (NLT, 1 John 4:16)
Our relationship to God is like the loving relationship between a child and parent. Like a loving parent, God knows and cares deeply for each of us:
Are not five sparrows sold for two cents? And yet not one of them is forgotten before God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear; you are of more value than many sparrows. (NAS, Luke 12:6-7)
Love the Lord your God
Jesus said our most important responsibility in life is to love God:
One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' (NIV, Mark 12:28-30)
We demonstrate our love for God by obeying His commandments and Jesus' commandments (Luke 11:28, John 14:21-24, 2 John 1:6), putting our trust in Him (John 14:1), maintaining a humble attitude (Matthew 18:1-4, Luke 18:9-14), and by prayer (Matthew 6:9-13, Luke 18:1-8).
Related verses: Matthew 6:24, Matthew 7:2, 10:37 (phileo), Luke 6:46-49, Luke 11:27-28, Luke 18:15-17, John 6:28-29, John 6:66-69, John 12:44, John 14:15
Love your neighbor
Our second most important responsibility in life is to love other people. Jesus went on to say,
The second is this, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these. (NRSV, Mark 12:31)
In His Parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus explained that we should consider all the people of the world to be our "neighbors." Just as God loves all His people, so should we. Jesus calls us to extend our love even to our enemies!
You have heard that the law of Moses says, "Love your neighbor and hate your enemy." But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and on the unjust, too. If you love only those who love you, what good is that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that. But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect. (NLT, Matthew 5:43-48)
The apostle Paul said that Christian love is the greatest and most essential of all the spiritual gifts. Even faith is worthless without love!
If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. (NRSV, 1 Corinthians 13:1-3)
Paul went on to describe the nature of true Christian love in this beautiful passage:
Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end... And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love. (NRSV, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, 13)
In another of his letters, Paul said loving our fellowman is the way to live by all the commandments:
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. (NIV, Romans 13:8-10)
God is the source of all our love. Loving God and loving other people are so interrelated that we cannot have one without the other:
We love because he first loved us. Those who say, "I love God," and hate their brothers or sisters, are liars; for those who do not love a brother or sister whom they have seen, cannot love God whom they have not seen. The commandment we have from him is this: those who love God must love their brothers and sisters also. (NRSV, 1 John 4:19-21)
Related verses: Leviticus 19:18, Matthew 5:21-24, 5:38-39, 6:14-15, 18:21-35, 22:34-40, 25:31-46, Luke 6:27-31, 6:38, 10:25-37, John 13:34-35, 15:9-13, Romans 12:10 (philadelphia), Galatians 5:13-15, 5:22-23, James 2:8-9, 1 Peter 4:8-10, 1 John 4:7-21
Jesus greatly expanded the scope and importance of love, saying love of God and love of fellowman are the most important of all the commandments. The apostle Paul said Christian love was the greatest and most essential of all the spiritual gifts. Throughout the New Testament, we are encouraged and commanded to live in peace with all God's people (e.g., Romans 12:17-18) and commit ourselves to genuine love and caring for others (e.g., 1 John 3:17-18). Those are the ways we can put our faith into practice in everyday life.

Helping others discover freedom from addictions and other destructive lifestyles.
We work full time with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). In this, we staff and lead Addictive Behavior Counseling Schools (ABCS) and Seminars around the world- but mainly in Switzerland, Madagascar and parts of Africa
Many people in the world are caught in bondage of addictions such as alcoholism, chemical dependency, co-dependency, eating disorders, etc. because of abuse, shame, unresolved grief or other unresolved issues.
The main skills taught in the Addictive Behavior Counseling Schools (ABCS) are: understanding and leading support and process groups (Basic Psychotherapy Groups), Trauma resolution (how to deal with the roots), and addiction counseling skills. While learning these skills each student will also have the opportunity to work on their personal issues of recovery from childhood trauma, addictions, or other problems. Our focus is to train counselors who then may train others or work in a recovery type of mercy ministry. The school is not for individuals that primarily need therapy for personal issues. |

Our ministry in Ghana is to partner with chruches and organizations that are dedicated to helping the approximately 27,000 orphans roaming the streets in the capital city of Accra. We envision hosting Super Saturdays which will target these children by providing a nutritious breakfast, Bible Study, tutoring and recreation time. In the future, we hope to provide permanent housing and schooling for the least of these. We believe that ministering to children can change the face of Ghana and potentially the whole of Africa. Our goal is also to continue our work in northern Ghana where we have helped build a church for the precious believers there and hope to help MOSA erect a medical facility and school. Lastly, we look forward to serving as Project Directors for teams coming from the U.S. during the winter and summer seasons. |

We believe that God has called us to the Nations in order to preach the Good News. God sent His Son Jesus Christ to this earth so whoever believes in Him will have eternal Life being justified by faith to have Peace with God through Jesus Christ.
Our Call began at the age of 14 when God poured into my heart the desire to serve Him. In 1998 God brought me to UK to show me that for Him nothing is impossible. God opened my eyes so I could see that this call was becoming real in my life. My experience with young people in Wales and visiting some communities in South all (London) was a tremendous impact in my life as a Youth Volunteer in that year. In 2001-2002 became one of my deepest experiences with God realizing that He was preparing my life for more. This year was my second time in the UK being here for about 6 month God through the Holy Spirit poured into my heart pictures which were to come true in future time. This time was when God as a potter worked in my character and desires to share about Him to others from other nations. I worked as a Youth Pastor in Church in Bolivia but God wanted us to be into the nations which in that time I could not understand my call to something specific to do. I married in 2002 and we had Ian in 2003. Now we are here in the UK my wife Yovana, my son Ian and my daughter Grace (born in 2006). God brought us in 2005. Our hearts willing to go into the Nations looking for ourselves to fulfill that call God put into our hearts. We came to the UK to prepare and train for the Nations to go but nothing was happening for about two years. We got involved in studies and learn more about English. We believe God had a different pla for us as the door to go to Central Asia was closed. We were working in secular jobs like working in a Youth Hostel in the Center of London and helping in a small Spanish congregation at the same time. We did not understand what God wanted us to do so we just kept praying for a move from God. I did not realize why God placed me in such places when my heart was to reach the nations but then God started to make the first move. The first door Opened, God placed me in a Bible college to learn more about this desire to go in to the nations and the Spiritual growth that I needed in my life before I go to somewhere. September 2007 the Holy Spirit touched my life as a second time in my life. My life went in seconds through my mind. The presence of the Holy Spirit was powerful gave me a new meaning for the reason to be here and to fulfill His will. Nations were ahead to be reached but something we had to do first. God clearly placed pictures in heart of all of those years I worked before. Young people were always in my life since I remember teaching them training them and even those years which I spent in the UK as a volunteer were with the youth. All of that were around me plus the last picture when I saw young people in the place I worked in a Hostel in a room full of them asking for help because they were surrounded by smoke and alcohol plus drugs were taking their minds but inside them were asking for someone to free them. God was saying something to me I can not forget what that picture was. The desire to tell them about the Only One who can free them Jesus was in my mouth. My only question was how about the Nations. The simple answer was.. you are already in the Nations!.
We become aware that London is a city where people from every country are coming to spend holidays or just visiting or maybe work but a lot of them are young. After they stay in a hotel or hostel they look for a time of pleasure and most of them end up involve with alcohol or drugs. I saw young people without anything to do in places like this (hostel I used to work) the enemy is taking place in lives and killing them with pleasures of this world.
Second door opened, we became part of a English church with the same goals to reach the nations being with them not only can be involved in reaching visitors from other countries coming to London but as well going into different countries with teams like India, Rwanda, Philippines, countries in Asia, Africa and others this is what God wanted us to do we are here and we will to do so. Our hearts want to be obedient to His call. Our call with the youth in London and call to the nations with the only purpose as says in "Isaiah 61.... preach to the poor, heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives. Matthew 28 ... go and make disciples of all nations" We started to work as full time missionaries for Holy Nation Church since October 2010 and we will be working for the next 3 years with Homeless, Prison Ministry, Street Outreach and mainly with the youth. Our base is London and we will work with the team ministry at Holy Nation Church.

YWAM - Youth With a Mission |

I am a Social Worker and I love working with kids. I grew up in missions with YWAM. As a kid, I never wanted to be a missionary when I grow up. It\'s amazing how God can change someone\'s heart over the years. After graduating from College, I got the opportunity to work with school children from poor families and worked on case studies for their sponsorship. After that, I also had the opportunity to work in a Christian orphanage, it was an amazing but painful experience and has taught me a lot.I did a DTS in Bali, Indonesia on 2007 and since then became a staff. I staffed in the 2008 DTS and used to help out in the prostitute ministry until God called me to work with children. A Chinese missionary once told me that God will use me to work with missionary kids as I could relate with them. I laughed after hearing that. I couldn't imagine myself working with MK's. I only wanted to work with neglected, abused, and orphaned kids. But here I am, I am now a teacher of missionary kids (I never wanted to be a teacher!). There are times I don't understand why God asks me to be in places I do not want to be. It was hard at first and I wanted to just go home after my two-year commitment. In that two years, God used certain circumstances to mold and train me (I had to get hurt at times). Those two years softened my heart towards the children I work with. I could see myself in them. I know how they feel. It\'s not easy being a missionary\'s kid. Everyone expects you to be a good example to others. I believe God has a heart for missionary kids too! As they grow up, I believe God will use them in great ways to influence the World for God. :-) By the way, this year will be my third year working with MK\'s. |

We are currently mission recruits with Pioneer Bible Translators. Right now we are continuing our training and education, as we raise support to get to the field. We currently do not have a specific field location, but we are continuing to pray about where God is leading us. Our goal when we get to the field is to do discipleship, and work alongside Bible translators in order to spread the Gospel and teach people to disciple those around them.

I am currently raising support to become a full time ministry staff with Youth For Christ of Polk County. God has given me a passion and desire to share His love with the hurting, abandon, and abused young people of my home town. We are based out of Winter Haven, FL and currently are reaching at-risk/troubled youth in 5 other cities within Polk County. We do this through Institutional Work, Alternative Schools, Neighborhood Services, Wilderness Camping, and Referrals/Networking. Our Mission with Youth For Christ is to reach out to young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other likeminded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by Godliness of lifestyle, devotion to the word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement. I am so anxious to get in the field full time because the need is so great. God can offer these hopeless, hurting youth grace, love and forgiveness as no one else in their life has done before! |

My name is Joe Carter and I am 20 years old. When I graduated high school I had a great burden on my heart. I knew God was calling me to give up my life in the United States and place everything in His hands. I soon sold my car and began praying on where to go. Not long after I found myself in the middle of Nicaragua, renting a small house and being helped by Nicaraguan Christians in the area. They took me under their arms and changed my heart and life forever. I have set up home base in Catarina, Nicaragua.
My mission outreach includes CCC (Christ Centered Champions) a sports ministry which we have established in a few churches here and currently have 6 teams in San Salvador, El Salvador. Last year I took a trip by car from Nicaragua to Guatemala. There, my brother and I where given the opportunity to present the ministry to pastors from 6 different countries throughout central america.
Also, I am working and being trained in starting cell groups in many homes throughout Nicaragua.
The harvest is plenty, but the laborers are few. |

White Dove Orphanage |

My wife (Tina) and I are here in the United States but we make regular trips, usually annually, to the White Dove Orphanage in Myanmar. In 2011 we traveled to Myanmar with Asia Heartbeat, an organization that assists over 100 orphanages in Myanmar. During that trip, Tina and I visited White Dove Orphanage and discovered that the 25 or so children living there are living in horrible conditions. Their small living quarters are made of palm leave walls and roof with dirt floors. The children sleep only six inches off the dirt floor where spiders, snakes and other critters visit regularly.
After Tina and I saw this, we met with the leader of Asia Heartbeat and told him we'd like to do something to improve the orphan's life at White Dove Orphanage. He encouraged us to do so. So we started raised funds, about $17,000, to builded a wood framed, metal roof building for the children there.
We recently finished raising the money to build the building and it is now in the process of being built. As such, we have a considerable number of people who have supproted this project. In the past, we've depended on emails to update everyone on the progress but when I found MissionsPlace.com I decided to try to use it for better communication with our supproters.
I am an associate pastor in Colorado Springs at a large church. The church is New Life Church and the web site for it is www.newlifechurch.org if you'd like to see our faith statement.
We are working through New Life Church and Asia Heartbeat with this mission but neither of them have an adequate way to communicate well with supporters of the mission. Therefore, I hope you'll allow Tina and me to use your site.
Thanks so much ! ! |

Harvest Land Ministries International |
Kenya |

Dr William D.O.Ouma was born and raised in Busia, western Kenya in Africa. He was born into a family of a businessman.
His parents (Samuel & Getrude) lost their businesses through burglary and theft which opened them to life of poverty. Despite the challenges of poverty, his parents were able to put him through school from primary to high school. Friends thereafter helped to put him through college upto Ph.D level.
He received Jesus as his savior in 1978. Before his salvation, he suffered from multiple illnesses and was almost completely bedridden for approximately seven years. His parents tried everything to help him, from the best medical doctors to witch doctors, but he continued to get worse. When the doctors had given up and left him, totally bedridden, to die, he gave his life to Jesus. At that time Jesus miraculously healed him and placed in his heart a desire to serve the Lord. In 1983 he experienced a filling of the Holy Ghost which brought a big change in his life and ministry.
After serving in various capacities in different organizations, Dr Ouma founded HARVEST LAND MINISTRIES in 1989. He has served the Lord as an Evangelist - conducting evangelistic crusades in many nations winning souls for the Kingdom of God. As an Apostle - he has established and provided groundwork, laying the foundation for over 112 churches in several nations most of which he still oversees. As a Pastor - he began, which is now the main church, with 3 members and grew it to over 1000 members within six years and raised the current leadership and other pastors now pastoring branch churches. As a Teacher - he developed curriculum organized and founded a Bible College in the name of Harvest Land Bible College & Seminary which has now grown since 1996 and has trained many ministers working in many parts of the world. The College is currently changing into a Harvest Land University.
In the beginning things were very tight financially. The savings he had lasted only the first two months. Eventually he needed to take up jobs, which were also rare to find, to finance the ministry, often going without meals to save money; nevertheless, his zeal to accomplish the purpose of God in his life helped him to continue pressing on. Today, Harvest Land Ministries International has work in 8 nations namely Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, D.R.Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, and U.S.A. HLMI goals are Evangelism & Crusades; Church-Planting & Discipleship; Leaders & Ministers Training; Mercy programs & Community Development. Dr Ouma lives in Bungoma, Kenya with his wife, Fanny, and two sons Mathew now 25 and Samuel 22. Mathew is at the University pursuing Architecture - Building & Construction Management Degree and Samuel is doing IT, but wants to pursue Law. They are both involved in ministry too; Mathew as a pastor and music ministry and Samuel works with children. His home telephone number is +254-55-30238 or his cell phone number +254-722-444-857 or +254-735-538-116 |

I am Dorothy Sumalnap Alicog, 34 years old and been a Christian for 19 years . I grew up to a Christian family but I only give my life to Jesus when I was 15 years old. Since then I’ve been actively involving in church worship, week end outreaches, and children Sunday school back in Assembly of God, Philippines. As I grew up with the knowledge of the Lord, I have given the passion to reach out souls for Christ as a response to His word in Acts 1:8. From then on, it’s been my joy going out to any church outreaches , locally and to other places.
In the year 2005-2007 after my missionary training, I was assigned to pioneer a work with a tribal people in Uma, Lubuagan, Kalinga Province. I praise God for giving me the enablement to establish a good number of congregation. When I left the church, there were about 40 to 45 children regularly attending Sunday school and 60 adults and youth faithfully worshipping the Lord during Sundays.
I am married to Mr. Larry Alicog, a member of the church that I work with. He has given his life to Jesus few years ago and now he is with me here in London, helping in the mission work. We are working among Filipino community here in London, overseeing and leading a Filipino home group. We also help in street outreaches, homeless ministry, nursing home outreach and part of the worship team.
For now, we are working as full time missionary here in London with Holy Nation Church trusting Him for our finances. May the Lord bless you.

The Ebenezer Baptist Honduras Mission has been visiting Honduras approximately two times each year since 2005. The mission team is a large one. Each year @ 17-30 team members travel to Honduras; the team consists of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical techs, teachers, construction worker and evangelists. The team's primary focus is providing much needed medical services in make-shift clinics in and around La Ceiba and Limon, Honduras. Through the operation of these clinics, the love and light of Jesus Christ is demonstrated in a very tangible way to the paitents and residents of the communities where the team visits. Construction projects include: rebuilding an earthquake devastated church, providing materials for a pastor's home, and an orphanage expanion project. A youth ministry team is along for the ride, teaching, singing and playing with the village children, and encouraging them with the good news of the Gospel through Bible stories and crafts and games. God has been faithful to the Honduran people through this team which has returned for many years growing the services and missions each year with the gifts and talents of the team members with a heart to serve on this mission. The next mission trip is July 18-28, 2012. The team will visit again in the fall in October 2012 and as long as the Lord is willing for this team to continue! |

I am Evangelist Isaac Obeng, founder and leader of Christian Ministerial Bible faith worldwide and Greater Light Outreach world-wide. I am 29 years of age and married. An evangelist and a missionary. I preach the Gospel in every nation and church. I am into crusades and outreaching and engage also revivals. I have a very strong passion and prayer life. I love to reachout to very poor and deprived communities in any nation and bring revivals. God has a word for every nation and every church this endtime, one of my passions is church planting as a missionary. With all this work on me, I have no sponsor, and there request your sponsorship for me. The name of my ministry again is Christian Ministerial Bible Faith. I have been sent by God since the past five years ago to many nations with the Gospel, and I have only been able to visit two of them which are LIBERIA AND NIGERIA due to funds. I want to take the Gospel to every nation of the world, I can serve as a missionary in any nation but one of the nations I want to take the Gospel is Philippines in Asia. It’s a place that the Spirit of the lord is leading me to revive the people. I was told that in Philippines, there is no revival and Christianity is going down and most churches and pastors don’t go there at all. But I have taken it upon myself to do the work there, and I know it will be a blessing to the people. All I need is sponsorship for this missions trips and the Lord will reward you in His own way and in due time. God bless you |

We also give overview of what they could do to be a part of the great commission. We also connect with churches local and international. Our base in the Philippines are also focused in sending teams to Indo-china. We are an evangelical church planting ministry in Maharastra, India. Our ministry took full force in 2004 and is rapidly growing. Today we have 300 active house churches in 9 districts of Maharastra and we minister to 32 major people groups. There are thousands of villages in India that are considered unreached, and our vision is to train local Christians in discipleship, teaching and pastoring so that they might go out and reach their own people. Our vision is for every indigenous person in every village to have the opportunity to hear the Gospel, have a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and become involved in a house church that will grow to produce more house churches. Right now our ministry is focused on villages of Maharastra, but our long-term vision is to spread to other states and see discipleship throughout all of India. |

I am Evangelist Ndungmmong Akpan Okorie from Nigeria.
I got born again on August 1996. Since then I've a passion for lost souls. On November 24th 2004 as I was reading Mark 16:15 during my morning devotion, I heard a voice from God,"Akpan get up and go to Ghana as a missionary!". I got up immediately without any reservation and went to Ghana. I've not known or been to Ghana before. When I reached, God brought a man Ive never known a Rev. Samuel Henteng to take me home and took care of me. The following day he asked me how and why I came to Ghana?. I told him that God sent me to be a missionary and narrated what God told me the previous day. He knelt and worshiped God responding that it was God answering prayers.
I was sent to the Northern Ghana Where there are more Muslims,Pagans and others who don't believe Christ.
Ive been able to win many for Christ through evangelism.
Since language became a hindrance, I got married to an indigenous woman of the village. Her name is Rosemary. God has blessed us with a baby boy after our wedding.
We have been able to open 8 places of worship in 8 different villages. We operate in shifts on Sundays so that we can cover the 8 churches.
Nine fetish priests have believed Christ, got born again, baptized in water and are now worshiping God. As a result we burnt their idols.
We lack laborers & we have trained 25 to help us but since we cant meet their financial needs, they migrate to the south for greener pastures.
Where we are, there are a great deal of Hippopotamus and tourists visit the towns to see them.
We also established 3 schools and handed them to the gov't since we cant run them & the people are poor unable to pay fees.
Our vision is to reach more souls for Christ each day. The Wallas, Brifours and Dagabbers who live in this area all need the light of Christ.

God has called us to serve in belize. The challenge we are facing in belize is the result of many years of well meaning people who call themselves missionaries leaving behind a pattern of disappointment in the Belizian people. We are called to preach sound doctrine and to demonstrate a life that goes beyond the modern day name it and claim it mentality to that of death to self and sacrifice for the Lord Jesus Christ. |

I'm 22, proudly from Ohio and I call Haiti home. Jesus Christ saved me and now i am marked for adventure. I am marked to take risks and bring people, as many people as I can to know Christ! Is not a life for Him better than a life for myself? I gurantee you my dear friend that it is! By His mysterious Grace I have traveled and served God and His children in Haiti (over 3 years), Papua New Guinea, Australia and America. At the end of 2010 I will have Burkina Faso, West Africa added as well. At the beginning of 2011 I will begin to pray of where God wants me next. He shall be faithful. I send out a letter every month along with updates from this blog. My goal for you, my friend and reader, is to potray a clear picture of Gods love for you and for the nations of the world. Thanks for your time and even more for believing in Jesus Christ. A relationship with Him is the only thing that will last forever. To cling to what lasts forever... that should be our goal. |
